Six Commitments

What we hold to, on every job.

01

Isolated

Negative pressure is applied to one duct at a time rather than broadly across the system. Concentrating suction exactly where the mechanical agitation is happening is the difference between removing debris and relocating it to another room. It takes longer. It is the entire point.

02

Complete

All eight components of the air pathway on every job. The coil, blower assembly, heating chamber, and plenum are where contamination actually concentrates, and they are the parts that require pulling equipment apart to reach — which is exactly why they get skipped elsewhere.

03

Protected

An EPA-registered antimicrobial coating that bonds to duct walls and penetrates porous insulation, rated to prevent regrowth for a full decade. A surface mist evaporates and buys a season. A bonding coating keeps working in a climate that actively encourages regrowth.

04

Measured

Readings taken indoors and outdoors, because an indoor particulate count means nothing without the outdoor air that day to compare against. Airflow measured at the register with a flow hood. You keep the report.

05

Unhurried

About 7 hours on site for a typical home, and one job booked per day. The alternative is rushing yours to reach the next one, and that is where corners get cut.

06

Honest

If the system does not need the work, we say so. A free inspection that always concludes you need a full service is not an inspection, it is a sales call with a clipboard.

  • PM2.5 mass concentration
  • PM0.5 / PM1 / PM2.5 particle counts
  • Indoor/outdoor PM1 and PM2.5 ratios
  • Supply/return particle ratio

  • PM10 and PM10 particle count
  • Indoor temperature, RH, and dew point
  • Outdoor temperature, RH, and dew point

Context
