Privacy Policy
Effective October 14, 2026
Daniel Standard Inc. (“Daniel Standard,” “we,” “us”) provides air duct cleaning, HVAC sanitation, indoor air quality, and HVAC services in Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through thedanielstandard.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you request an inspection or send a message, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the market you are in, the service you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us about your home or system.
- During service. If you book with us, we keep the details needed to do the work: your service address, scheduling notes, inspection findings, air quality readings, photos of your system, and billing records.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use it to keep the site secure and to stop spam and abuse of our forms.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website today. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule your inspection.
- To provide, document, and invoice the work you book, and to follow up on it.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request, your appointment, or your service.
- To keep our website and systems secure and to meet our legal obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — for example website hosting, email, phone and text messaging, scheduling and customer records, and payment processing — and only for that purpose. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Google user data
Daniel Standard’s internal operations software connects to the company’s own Google Workspace accounts (mail, calendar, and files) to run the business. Information obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide those internal functions. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not transferred to others except as needed to provide those functions or as required by law. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and service records for as long as we need them to serve you, support any warranty or follow-up work, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. When they are no longer needed, we delete them.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
Our services are for homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
