Indoor Air Quality Testing

Measured indoor and outdoor readings — particulates, humidity, CO2, VOCs, NOx — plus airflow at every register, delivered as a written report.

We take readings outside and inside, so the numbers have a baseline to be compared against. Indoor readings on their own are close to meaningless; a PM2.5 count only means something relative to the air outside your door that day.

Indoor and outdoor particulate readings (PM1, PM2.5, PM10)

Indoor/outdoor ratios and supply/return particle ratio

CO2, VOC index, TVOC estimate, and NOx index

Temperature, relative humidity, and dew point

Airflow measured at register with a flow hood (CFM)

Written report covering filtration, square footage, and system tonnage

The Process

How the work actually runs.

01

Inspect the Air Pathway

Returns, supplies, registers, HVAC components, and filter setup are evaluated — including the contamination points you cannot see from a register. Free, and with no obligation to buy anything.

02

Source Removal

Isolated negative pressure, one duct at a time, with mechanical agitation and HEPA extraction. Debris leaves the building instead of moving to another room.

03

Antimicrobial Coating

An EPA-registered coating bonds to duct walls and penetrates porous insulation, preventing regrowth for a full decade. Applied when appropriate, not automatically.

Scope

All eight components of the air pathway.

Return air

02

Evaporator coils

03

Blower fan assembly

04

Heating chamber

05

Plenum box

06

Ductwork

07
